Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of NewLeaf Meriden Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

NewLeaf Meriden Concrete provides professional concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, repairs, and commercial work. All services are subject to availability and will be provided in accordance with our professional standards and applicable building codes.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided to us. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.

Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to complete your project as quickly as possible while maintaining quality standards.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. The specific warranty terms will be outlined in your contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settling, or acts of nature. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
  • Ensure clear access to the work area
  • Obtain any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals
  • Secure pets and children during work hours
  • Make timely payments according to the contract terms

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project after signing a contract, cancellation terms will apply as outlined in your agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun. We reserve the right to cancel projects if site conditions are unsafe or if client responsibilities are not met.

Liability

NewLeaf Meriden Concrete carries appropriate insurance for our work. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your property, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by conditions beyond our control. You agree to mark any underground utilities before work begins.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
